For as long as I can remember, I’ve been using paper lists to keep track of my days and my accomplishments. I love to look back on my habits and see how much I’ve changed as well as see what has become a subconscious habit. This year, I set out to make my own 12 week tracker so I could make sure my summer was full of healthy routines! I’ve created this tracker with realistic expectations in mind – don’t create an overwhelming number of habits that you’ll fail at day after day. Instead, break it down into smaller, manageable pieces.
For me, my summer goals are to move my body, build my faith, and be in a healthier state of mind (cut out the stress!). My five goals are centered around those things. By only having five, I can create a manageable daily routine that doesn’t take much effort, helps me feel better, and ensures I don’t spend the little downtime I have scrolling on my phone. 😉
